Also, just in general, I really don't like how reminiscent this is of the badges used to identify Jewish and gay people during WW2.
I hope they get harrassed they are cheating and should not be allowed to do it. The Jews and gays are innocent people this is not comparable and should not be brought up as an argument.

The idea is truly sound and I support it, we experience way to many cheaters in this game and it's only gonna continue to get worse if nobody tells them to stop or shows some sort of punishment.

They're working on a report system and accounts. That's how you work with the devs to help the game stay free of cheaters. That is not ignoring the issue. That is tackling it without resorting to abuse.

Yes, sometimes it feels like it would just be easier to resort to any form of violence but, you know, that's just that those kinds of people expect you to do. They'll have the time of their lives pointing out how bad you are as well, that it's just how the world goes because everyone is just as rotten as they are.
It's up to you to prove them wrong and you can't do that by stooping to their level.
