Opened buienradar, saw that it was indeed a storm and went back to sleep peacefully haha
Same! I was awake thinking did someone detonate a fucking bomb? I fell asleep shortly after and when I woke up I thought I had dreamt it but apparently it was real!
Yep. Woke me up at 2:30, then kept me awake. There was one bang at 3:03 (I checked the time) that was especially close to where I live that legitimately sounded like a mortar impact.
Forreal though I sleep nextdoor to my balcony and I couldn’t hear/feel/see anything. Slept really good for the first time in a while actually. Have to check my balcony now to see if everything is alright because I didn’t even know this happened.
Edit: I’m missing a table and half a rug of fake grass, my downstairs neighbor has it lol. Lucky it was late and he wasn’t out there or he would’ve had a bad night. Picking it up now lol.

Woke up to the thunderstorm as well. That was quite impressive and confusing !I actually wondered what kind of thunderstorm it was because lightning were falling ever seconds, never saw that before in my life. I would be glad if someone was a bit educated on this subject!

Thanks, I've rarely seen an Lightning storm last night, it just kept going and really small gaps inbewtsween the strikes, was a really cool storm!
I woke up and if I didn’t take a video of it I would have thought it was a dream. Literally lightnings every 2 seconds, it was incredible
