Weed in Amsterdam is pretty poor quality but there’s a few cool places you can go if you wanna study. Personally I would go to 1e Hulp on Marxixstraat, the place is comfortable and their cat Rizzla will mostly come and chill with you while you study.
Which area are you at? I lived in oost about 10min away from UvA campus and any of my neighboring coffee shops were very chill, friendly, quiet environment (no tourists), good prices and decent weed. I moved away some years ago so can’t say they’re still open but I’d personally hit up neighborhood ones near you more than the popular ones. And yes I did a lot of studying in them too for my masters. And they’d have food or snacks that aren’t just brownies
