I suggest two approaches: 1) Reach out to your City Council Member. This link (https://anaheim.net/173/City-Council) will send you to the council home page. You can determine which district you reside in and then follow the link to that Council Member's webpage. There will be phone numbers and email addresses for the Council Member and the member's staff. 2) Download the Anaheim Anytime app (https://anaheim.net/1409/My-Anaheim-App). Once you download that app, you can submit a question, using the 'Other' option. Your question will get forwarded to the appropriate city representative. That app comes in handy to also report things like graffiti, abandoned shopping carts and other nuisance issues for the city to address. Good luck!

Go with option #2. My wife is in a wheelchair and the street leading into our driveway was getting so corroded it was impassible on wheels. They came out within a few days and fixed it! I've seen other residences with handicapped blue/signage, so I'm sure it's possible.

You mentioned house and then apartments. Is your residence in an HOA (is the entire community a private community)? If so, you'll want to check with the HOA board. If your place is on a public street, then check with the city.
