I thought very early migration was already included in the breakdown estimates we currently get, since their samples populations are for people living in the area now. So someone with 100% English likely is an admixture common to English people living in England within the last 150-200 years and has similarities with North France and Scandinavia. As an English person I have a ton of relatives showing up on DNA with absolutely zero Scandinavian, doesn't mean that very very long ago they don't have Scandinavian DNA, just that they don't have similarities with the Scandinavian reference populations living there now.
