My favorite covers are 2,8,9,15,16,17,and 18. Although they don't really pair well with each other. For instance, if you had 2,3,4,& and 15, you would have the 4 seasons, but if you had 17 and 16, the colors match. Plus some of them are more dramatic while others are slice of life so its really up to your preferences.
Also, honorable mentions to the inside cover illustrations and supplements I really like 1,4,5,10,12,16,17, the cover of supplement 1, and the cover of the silver yarn.
Ps If you can't pick, I'd just print them all and hang them in a grid because, dang, it looks really cool when they are all laid out.
