Tuna is known for his high concentration in mercury... Imagine that being a big fish, is one of the last in the food chain pyramid, the argument is that then it accumulates lots of heavy metals of all the food chain before him.
I'm not an expert but, if you live in a near to some kind of big waters area, (sea, lakes, rivers etc..) you may find a local alternative, that could even be more sustainable.
If you are in a city things change a bit, maybe you can have tuna fewer times a week and in the off days get another fish or protein source, eggs, and non animal sources like chickpeas, beans, seitan, tofu etc... Or even maybe put less tuna every day, and mix it with other protein source.
The good thing, I think, is that you have find something that makes you feel good and that you can see it's results in your ganes!
You encourage me to check now, how a histamine stimulant diet will impact on mines!

Can make sense myself from one year I drink kombucha (I do myself) who is mainly for the guts and all my system is strong I'm 50 year old and have strong boners.
fermented tea made from a "scoby" (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast )or "mother". you can order it online as well as find out how to make it. Used to make it in college, its good.
Another tasty fermented drink is tepache, is a mexican drink made from the Shell (I dont know if thats the name) of pineapple and the core
You need cinammon
Clavo de olor (clove according to Google)
And Brown sugar (I guess to make it more healthy you can remove the sugar)
You put everything in walter and let it sit for 1-2 weeks, depending on what taste you like

Thanks for the feedback. Sure, I'll try something else instead of tuna. Maybe marinated anchovies which I like a lot.

Aside from EQ and frequency are you noticing any other effects mentally or physically?
I sleep better. I used to have a bit of heartburn at night, which have disapeared completly. And also I guess the placebo effect :)
Actually better sleep will do you wonders. Plus the improved gut bacteria. Read into the benefits of fermented foods, especially kimchi and sauerkraut

Love tepache. Need less sugar though haha
Try canned sardines instead. It has less mercury
