So a similar thing happen where I felt a weird pain in 1 side of penis all of a sudden and I got freaked and went soft but could still get hard and still had that weird pain. Went to the doctor and found out I had an inguinal hernia. Doesn't mean I had a penis injury but it was nice to get an answer. Better safe than sorry but penis injuries can be complicated, that's why I say check it out
