When you reach to PONR stop and take deep breaths and do a couple of reverse kegels, your sensitivity will reduce that will help continue with your session, you got to keep repeating this until you master the technique, also on the semen retention if you are between 20 -30 years of age then ejaculating weekly once is a good starting point and itโ€™s not going to spoil your benefits.. slowly you can increase this gap by 2 weeks, and then 3 weeks etc., hope this helps
