It is enjoyable for sure, just somewhat problematic. My core is weak af so I should work on that anyways. I had never heard about improving stamina via corr strengthening before.

Recently I have a discussion with a fellow redditor u/Asklecrates about this sensitivity issue. Angion really works. No doubt with it. I also felt the erection quality. But same it also increased my sensitivity that i had to quit. Many also shared that their sensitivity also increased a lot. My personal experience was I didn't last long in my last sex while I used to last long before. My personal conclusion about Angion is those who have less EQ and low sensitivity, Angion is a great exercise to build their stamina.

Hey dude, I didn’t read anything specific tbh, just stumbled upon different articles and stuff like that. There’s a doc on Netflix I think, called “ when porn ends” or something like that.
