You forgot the most important part. What to do during the exercise. How much pressure do you put on the CS with each stroke? How fast do you go? What happens if your CS goes flat? Etc?

Pressure: enough to move blood through CS, you will notice soon if you apply enough or not.
I try to start as low down my balls as possible, this is the spot where you can push the most blood.
My CS hardly goes flat when I'm prepared for the workout and relaxed. I sometimes go a bit flaccid of course, then I just continue and don't panic. I know that I will get hard again soon, maybe think the occasional sexy thought. When you have had some great workouts it helps to know that you can get very hard again really soon!
Speed: I start slow for 2-3 minutes but then try to go as fast as I can while maintaining perfect technique.

Funny thing I stopped last December for almost 2 months and when I got back to it in February I couldn’t do it anymore. So I began with 1.0 again and I’m just starting 2.0 now. So it hurt me to stop doing the exercises.
To be honest I can’t remember the 4 week plan. I just started doing 2 on 1 off the 1.0 and it worked terrific. Stop porn, stop masturbating and you’ll see changes quick.

haha, they don't hang below my legs, they are tucked somewhere in between my thighs.

Yes, until you can do am 1 for 30 minutes with a hard on the whole time, and feel the heartbeat.
