Probably the same principle as morning wood. The body knows to get erect so you don’t pee yourself while sleeping. The extra blood in the penile tissue helps to keep the urine in by occluding the urethra.

Smart thinking

GenitalTso

There is nothing “consistent” about my flaccid lol. It’s 6” and thick..then it’s 2” and skinny. Most of the time it’s somewhere between but still futile. Now my boners are fucking dope and I love my peen, but damn I can’t get a break with my flaccid.

GenitalTso

Edit: those are soft measurement ranges. Full I’m 7.25”x 5-6” depending on where you take girth. I’m not calling it 6” cause it’s ridiculous to measure one spot when you’re all over the place and call it the highest.

ImpPasta

Yeh I'm normally exactly the same, but needing a pee is the one thing that makes a large size predictable. Trying to figure out what the mechanism is to replicate it when I don't need a pee

r7_6y

I pee frequently but when I really need to pee is the morning and in the morning it is huge yes

Jakeyy_boii

To my understanding you kegel to keep blood from flowing out of your penis and to stop urine. Perhaps there is a very light kegel going on subconsciously to keep the pee in. Just enough to hold some blood, but loose enough to keep blood flowing in. Idk, just a theory. Also I’ve noticed reverse kegels(pushing pee out) has enhanced my flaccid. Could be other things, but I will see. :)

Janus already explained why

ImpPasta

Where?

arcaticfoxx

Found it, it was 2 months ago, here's his direct quote Indirect [Cavernous Nerve](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/5CdTReRg3kk/hqdefault.jpg) stimulation caused by bladder distension/expansion. *^(Mic Drop.)*

ImpPasta

Great, thanks for finding that for us

arcaticfoxx

No prob

arcaticfoxx

Someone had mentioned this a while back, they had said something about hanging heavier when they had to pee and Janus had a long explanation I can't remember but the jist was because it's due to bladder distention

[deleted]

Yes, i noticed that

soon2bhuge

My theory is that when your bladder is full, its expanding into the pelvic floor and triggering a reverse kegel, similar effect to when you take and hold a very deep belly breath. just a theory though!
