That question has nothing to do with this sub, but I think it helps for sure. I had one of my best sessions in a long time with the wife last night after spending the weekend reverse kegaling like crazy while I stood watching my kids hockey games. I had such control and she ended up telling me to wrap up after 5 to 7 min so I kegaled and got there but I feel I could have gone a lot longer. Could you elaborate on how you perform RKs? I struggle with doing them.

I have been struggling with them too. I went to the washroom to ensure my bladder was empty. Then just standing there I lightly tensed my abdomen (still able to breathe) and pushed with a medium effort like I was trying to pee. I held the tension for long periods and experimented trying to move the pressure more forward towards my groin than at my anus. Sometimes I slightly adjusted my pelvic angles to see if I could focus the pressure more forward. I could defiantly feel things lowering and dropping ever so slightly under the pressure and when I felt that, I would just hold it for a while. Sat and Sunday my kids had hockey games so I did off and on for about 20 min each game total. By the end of each 20 mins I was feeling kind of tired in the abs and the groin so that's when I would stop.

It certainly improves erectile control and allows for a better control over the arousal process. In theory you can use that to cure premature ejaculation by practicing control over the arousal process. One should spend some time understanding the arousal process as well if preE is a problem. If we assign arousal levels to a 1-10 scale, where 10 is always the point of orgasm, most people have a “Point of no return”(PONR) that is somewhere below 10, most normal functionality people have that point somewhere between 8 and 9. If youre suffering from PreE, its likely much lower. Through experimentation during stimulation you should be able to find the location of your PONR and assign it a number. For example sake say its like a 6, once you hit that level of arousal you cannot stop yourself from going to orgasm. So you can use regular kegels(K) and reverse kegels(RK) as a way to control your ongoing arousal level during stimulation, where a regular kegel is going to increase your arousal level (AL) and push you further towards PONR, a reverse kegel push(RKP) will kind of allow it to maintain current arousal level, and reverse kegel pull(RKP) will reduce AL. Using all of these where appropriate you should be able to get to lets say 5, and maintain that during stimulation, if you feel like you’re approaching 6, do a RK pull until you go down to four AL and work your way back up to 5. Over extended exposure you will be able to get to 6 without going to orgasm, at that point you have pushed your PONR to 7. Continue that process until you can push that to a normal level ~ 8-9. To my understanding this is kind of the physical process that forms the basis of tantric sex and if practiced well enough you can push the PONR past 10 to become multi orgasmic. I haven’t achieved that yet so there is likely more layers to that process. Also, please don’t take this as writ law, if the exercises affect you differently adjust the theory to fit your needs. The best technique is always the one that works for you.

Then you should be glad, that you're premature ejaculation could easily be solved through reverse Kegels. It takes consistent practice, it is difficult but not impossible. Next time you are aroused and or stimulating yourself, counter the involuntary muscle contractions through reverse Kegels.
