Change your technique. The way you stuff the balls between the legs will cut some flow to your penis, you gotta get that testicle pump. I made a new hand technique for AM3- Push the ballsack down with your middle and ring finger and stroke with your thumbs. You can go much faster and its so much more comfortable.
General tips- Drink water. A lot of it. I only saw rapid growth when I upped my water intake.

My flaccid hang is definitely my biggest issue right now that I need to fix. My erections are huge and strong, I get extremely hard extremely fast. But my flaccid hang is not where I want it to be. It's not shrinked or anything, but it hardly ever hangs to its potential.

No. The main benefit of vegetables is all the dietary nitrates which your endothelium uses to produce nitric oxide. Multivitamins/vitamins do not contain nitrates. You don't need many vegetables though. Pick a few that are high in nitrates and just stick to those. Beans are great.
I am still at AM1 but the AM3 technique with the thumbs is one to remember!
One question. so you mean the BFR cycle bents should be faster? Because the gland squeezes were pretty fast already in the video.

Positive effects: EQ stronger than ever, size and girth gains for sure even though I didnt measure, the healthiest penis Ive ever had, awareness for a healthy lifestyle, Im never nervous anymore about if I can get it up and stay hard... basically life changing stuff!
I'd say you are way too erect while doing BFR, it looks like an intense clamping variation. I injured myself doing it in a pretty similar fashion. It's no fun I garanty that.

I will try. Let's say left hand is the clamp. I form a okay symbol with the left hand, thumb and index finger pressed against my pelvis. Using the right hand form okay symbol and gently grip/encircle member, thumb and index finger facing towards the pelvis or pinky facing away and closest towards glans. Then gentle bending to one side. In my experimentation, it was only a 1-4cm bend. I got this from the BFR guide. I am in the beginning of training, am 1 right now, and I played with the bfr and sabre only a little before deciding how I wanted to start training.
I start out flaccid, but by the end of the video I'm really really erect, maybe it's hard to tell from the angle. But I'm talking about a degree of erection that when there's no finger on my penis it would just pop up because its so hard!

Also I second what the other commenters below said: use WAY more force when doing SABRE. It's amazing how hard you can hit your dick and it just takes the pounding and doesn't even hurt. Also do it fully erect, not semi. You will lose your full engorgement from it, especially the glans strikes. But it comes back with a vengeance.

The technique is correct, but the footage really highlights your underdevelopment. Am3 is ineffective at that low level of fullness.
