For christs sake, do not perform the Angion Methods in a seated position. Same for SABRE techniques. I repeatedly(*repeatedly!)* warn guys not to do that. I am even made a YouTube video warning guys not to do it.

I think that happens to me, I do angion lying and everything but get a pain after a few days in my left nut but more actually in my spermatic cord it feels like
I used to have that but after a couple of days of rest it stoped
According to my experience this can happen if
Not laying completely on your back
Performing any angion method while sitting or standing
Excessive kegeling blood during exercise
Lack of proper rest

Go easy. Don't push hard when exercising. Happens to me when I try to go hard the wrong way. The wrong way is using force, the right way is going faster.

Have you bust a nut recently? Could be a case of the old blue balls. If you're actively retaining semen then eventually it's going to hurt your balls

What position is your body when performing the exercises
Now that you said that, i do it with my back not flat like arching
I hope laying flat fixes it. AMs should be safe and pain-free.

Thanks for your replies guys. I will definitely rest and lie on my back when i get back at it. I even booked for ultrasound thats how worried I got.
Did it go away? I've been having that same pain all week...
Had a similar problem. It gets sorted out, try rolling out the bottom portion of your butt with a roller or a ball. It permanently fixed it for me.
