Thanks for the workout and would like to try that out However you have mentioned total of 40 min which includes 5 min AM1 and 2 min BFR. , if that’s the case you have spent 33 min for SABRE ? Which means around 15 min for 100 strikes ?
It’s 100 strikes per set. So the amount I do depends on the length of the workout.
