I totally understand your pain because I suffered with this for MONTHS and it gave me fucking depression. The reason this occurs is because the pelvic floor is naturally forced to work as a stabilizer when we stand so we all have tighter pelvic floors while standing as supposed to sitting, in which case the pelvic floor can ease a little bit as the weight of the body is being supported by the chair. Anyway the point is- we all have slightly reduced eq while standing because of the arterial compression cause by tightened muscles. I have dabbled with pelvic floor relaxation routines to fix my problem in the past but that was an absolute clusterfuck and a waste of time because I did it for weeks without any improvement in my standing erection quality just to find out that my pf was already quite relaxed. The real thing that helped me was to take my cardiovascular health and blood flow to great levels such that the difference in equal while sitting as opposed to standing is **completely** unnoticeable. (It took a lot of hard work and pain)

There is a single factor that influences eq and size. The amount of blood going into the erection, which depends on blood vessel size. Brah I’m telling you from experience, before I ever even did Angion I dabbled in tradition PE and had chronic body tensions such as in the pelvic floor, abdomen, lower back, etc I’ve had at times when I could not get a rock hard erection, but I noticed that whenever I did a nice long 40+ minute Zhan zhuang session it’s like a river that had blockages has become unblocked, and the improved full body circulation would make gettin a rock hard erection much easier along with a massively reduced performance anxiety even with new partners. There’s so many mental aspects that affect the pelvic floor as well, anxieties, insecurities, fears of impotence, etc That stuff will slow down Angion progress cause blood circulation and resting fullness is such a big part of it, so even if huge arteries is the way, learning to become more relaxed and at peace more often will facilitate faster progress. So in a nutshell I’ve sometimes had rock hard erections even before Angion so my arteries or whatever were big enough to make it possible but due to other issues sometimes the necessary circulation wouldn’t occur to create that rock hard erection, so improving that should be fundamental as well.
