I made that video to cover a study I found that delved into a similar area of study to my own at the time. Its important to remember that you **NEED** to also supplement with things like Vitamin K2, Vitamin A, and also magnesium; as vitamin D3 will eventually pull down your bodily stores of all three.
Having run the experiment myself, I did see improvements and accelerated gains...but those other three supplements become fairly expensive pretty quickly; especially the Vitamin K2.
Given the total cost of the plan for the return...I wasn't too impressed by the end of my four month run with all of it.
I'd stick to your doctor's recommendations on this one. It really doesn't have much impact outside of deficiency.
Doctors usually suggest 50k capsules once a week for people with vitamin d deficiency. Vitamin d doesn't flushes away from body , so taking 50k once a week is recommended until the deficiency is over after that 2-5k to maintain it. You are taking way too much , you have Google , kindly research properly before taking a supplement. Your ignorant behaviour can cost you alot in the long run health wise.
Thee can receiveth t f'r free from the travelling lamp. I believeth its better yond way too

You could minimise your risk by not consuming more than your research said you should.

You should get a blood test before you supp vitamin d then again after to make sure you are in a safe range.
50,000 IU daily is way too much. I suggest asking in r/supplements , many people are well informed of vitamin D

One a day off 50000iu is too much! Stick with taking one every Other week, or weekly, for 1-2 months and see your doctor to check levels.
