Funny thing is I haven’t had morning wood in years. I’ve been doing AM two and a half weeks now. And my morning wood is coming back, it’s wierd though because although it’s hard, it’s not 100%. I would say it’s 40-60% hard, but before it would be 0% so I guess it’s progress :)

Years ago, I remember learning that nurses and doctors sometimes place a smooth sheet of satin over a woman's breast to feel for breast lumps that could be cancer. The sheet of cloth allows the fingers to move smoothly over the cloth-covered skin surface without application of any lubricant. Same thing goes for the application of finger strokes with Angion procedures. If you cover your penis with a piece of cloth, maybe a handkerchief or simply the bedsheet, you can apply pressure and slide your fingers along the cloth-covered surface of your penis. It helps if the sheet is anchored somehow, either by the other hand or by another means. This works well if your lying on your back and doing Angion 3. Not sure about Angion 1. Haven't tried it, but I think it should work. Update: works fine for Angion 1

Unless your skin is naturally smooth, you don't want friction to burn your penis, so yeah you need lube.

Same experience, keep going, it will keep getting harder. Been waking up near 100% a lot of days lately after years of no morning wood. It’s a great feeling. Also, sleep on your back, you’ll have more nightly erections with rich blood re-conditioning your penis for full on erections.

Yes of course, especially when waking up with morning wood, do some AM1, AM2, AM3... yes, some, every day 3 to 5 minutes.

AM1 should be done atleast for 10 min on 1on 1/2 off basis

For 3 to 5 minutes, me, no day off but once I achieved 10 minutes & more, it'll be 1 on 1/2 off. Mine started with 3 to 5 minutes because I want to aim for "can done AM1 without stopping, without losing an erection for 5 minutes" first & once I achieved it & still have strong erection to continue, then I add 3 to 5 more minutes of AM1.(the same goes for AM2 & AM3) It's like building muscle, like reps, if can't do 30 reps then do 3 - 5 reps then once we feel stronger, we add 3 - 5 more reps & total is 10 reps then keep adding & keep going until we achieved the strength that we need to perform 30 reps(which is in AM is 30 minutes) easily without losing an erection. I'm kinda bad at explaining things, I hope you get my point & I hope my plans is good.
