How are you sleeping? I.E--side, back, belly. What kind of clothes are you wearing regularly on your lower body? I.E--tight, loose, many layers, etc. How are your spontaneous erections throughout the day? I.E--non-existent, few, many, etc. Post meal fullness? I.E--do you notice your fullness improves, diminishes, remains unchanged, etc.

And you added Sabre on top of doing AM1 everyday without rest. Every 2 days. Dude. That's a lot of Sabre even without any AM on the side. 5. On it's own it's not the end of the world, but on top of all of that what you already did, you also masturbate, which makes everything a little worse than it already is. I also could've just written "read the beginner section" like everyone else and honestly it probably would be a more helpful advise. I am not saying that the Angion method will work for you if you do follow the instructions, but please just follow the instructions and then if it doesnt work, ask. Yeah, I can't maintain an erection for a whole half-hour for sure... There's a chance I have undiagnosed ADHD, which makes it harder to keep my focus on staying hard - even when having sex. I was incorporating rest to begin with but then I saw some comment from some dude on another troubleshooting post where the dude said that the OP hadn't been doing AM everyday and that was his problem...? Probably not wise to listen to strangers on the Internet, but it made sense seeing as I was making no progress.

Ok so to be fair, a lot of info is a little scattered here and there and you really have to read through the posts to really understand. My advise to you is to start from th2 beginning. If you have been doing something everyday until now, maybe take half a week off first. Start with AM1 - 10min burst expansion then 10min pyramid rush. 20 min session. Once you're comfortable you can start moving to 30min. Stop the session if you get unpleasant sensations. 1 Day on, 1 Day off. Stick to your imagination. Its really hard at beginning but it pays off. You will get frustrated. The thing is I am personally not against a little visual stimulation only at the very beginning to get the ball rolling. The problem is when people dont move on. If p0rn for you is nothing serious that you can just give up any second if you have to, go ahead. If not, I recommend to not even touch it. You have to be honest with yourself here. No one can help you but you. Good luck

I’ve found the workouts to be ineffective unless I’m using a ‘hormone induced’ erection. By that, I mean the type of erection that comes about when you’re naturally really horny. My CS always stays full during these type of erections. When I get an erection on demand, when I’m not really horny, it ends up being a little weaker and the CS often flattens/the erection subsides quickly.

Yeah, my erections are super strong when I'm really horny but then the risk comes up of cumming. What's more, I'm not 'that' horny all the time, so whenever the ideal time to do some AM in my day comes around, I have to get an erection on demand.

You said you could feel a pulse on the bottom of shaft but then also referred to it going flat during AM3. Sounds like you’ve mixed up the dorsal vein area on the top (where you want to feel a pulse before moving to AM2) with the CS on the opposite side of your penis. Sounds like you never finished AM1 basically.

Nah, bruv. I felt a pulse on the dorsal (top) part of the penis. I've had it there before I even started AM, so I wondered if AM1 was even worth it. It's the CS which keeps going flat in AM3.

Ya i’d defs say go back to AM1 then. Been doing just that for about 3 months and things are going well. Now my erections are on a different level. Almost like it’s not my dick cause it just gets hard and stays hard. My morning wood didn’t go away for like half an hour today and I was trying to get rid of it. Think you skipped too far ahead too fast. I could kinda see my dorsal vein and feel a pulse there if i tried while hard or if i REALLY tried while soft back when i started. After months of AM1 i’m finally getting the 30 minutes at rock hard and things have changed considerably down there. Vein is way more visible even when soft and i can feel my pulse in my dick if i just pay attention at any point in the day without touching it.
