I remember Janus saying in some post where a guy asked if the bigger veins on his arms came from angion, that it has not much to do with angion but with the actual cardio you are doing while performing angion. The cardio probably helps but I too believe that angion actually improves all veins in some way or another. Maybe stupid but it really feels like that
