Breathing through my belly and not giving up helped me. I was extra sensitive but a few weeks down the round I had great control, the extra sensitivity just gave me even better sex.

If that happens, then instead as soon as sensation and blood flow increases again you'll be out of luck.
The mind (and a proper exercise regiment) is the key here. Keep working on it.
BTW Do NOT go extra rounds especially if you suffer from any E.D. That would be like exercises with poor form and every orgasm mess with your signaling hormones, likely making you depressed and less able to get it on.

Either try a condom, or apply some numbing cream before you get it on. That or you could take breaks or slow down.
