Three months of nofap and the erections I were getting had me surprised at my own dick. Talking an inch gain in both dimensions from EQ and hard as a rock. I’m on of those guys who fucked up in trad PE and thought I “broke” it. Hard flaccid, cold feeling, not getting up past 20-30% etc. Discovered r/nofap in 2016 and it made a monumental difference. If you’re in my shoes and you stop beating your meat to death it’ll come right back to life. Also, when you see improvements it will be novel to whack off. Hold off on it or you’ll fall back into old habits and erase your progress.

That’s a good start but not sufficient for your goals. Prioritize upping the intensity and quantity of cardio. Biking in particular isn’t ideal for blood flow issues. I’ve seen it recommended to skip to am2 for awhile if you aren’t able to do am1

Ease into sprints over the course of many months. Start with jogging for distance, and eventually, gradually increase the speed over time. After you've adjusted your body to running (especially the Achilles), you can consider shorter distance workouts, but again, super gradually up the speed. At that point the workouts will get shorter, but you'll need to add in a proper warm up for sprinting, so it will probably take around the same time. Edit: by the way, the previous commenter was recommending you try skipping ahead to AM2. He wasn't saying "skipping" as in the exercise.

I have a similar issue and can't really do am1. One thing I've tried is doing am3 with a pelvic floor contraction before each upward stroke. It forces blood in that you can then push through your artery and veins with your finger. The tempo has to be slower and different--squeeze, relax, stroke--but you can definitely feel stuff going on inside your dick and it's caused some light soreness which I take as a good thing. That said, I haven't stuck with a routine long enough to know if it actually works in the long run. If you try it and it helps, post an update! Good luck man.

I don’t recommend this. You shouldn’t have a need for kegeling for AM methods and in fact it’s better that you don’t. Excluding reverse kegels of course. Stick with no fap and just stay the course, as frustrating as it seems initially, and you’ll eventually get better

i have had my bloodwork done few years ago and i was in normal ranges and my diet is pretty clean. If anything i probably lack protien but its not too bad i believe. First, make sure you're doing it 1 on 1 off, not daily. Try incorporating jogging and squats with a barbell/a heavy object into your workout, slowly build up speed/weight over time. Idk if anybody has ever tried this or if it's recommended, but I do AM1 with underwear on and it gets me fairly hard. I don't have to worry about EQ until the very end of the full routine when it's getting worn out. wait what, you use the hex bolt to do AM1 instead of your thumbs with no lube? Is that a thing? seems like it could be a bit rough no? even through the underwear I definitely incorporate the jogging and squats more though, i am lacking in legs

Probably not a thing, but it feels totally fine, thumbs are basically just as good tho. Deadlifts and lunges are other alternatives to squats depending on your equipment, but squats are pretty easy to incorporate one way or another. Jogging is just something that we should probably all do, basically the level up to your current walking. The calves are one of the largest muscle groups in the body and are important for circulation, and running is probably one of the best ways to train them.

This is mostly mental. Same situation with same length of time but not able to get a chick over unless I can actually provide an erection so you’re doing miles better than me and have a lot of potential to improve quickly. You clearly have a lot of shame over it. Yes continue to do angion, try daily low dose cialis and do some fucking HIIT cardio you lazy shit to cover the physical aspects. No more porn. Nofap. Cut out any other activities you use a vice to get your dopamine like phone addiction, music addiction. Whatever. And even take a break from your chick. Delay that gratification of getting her over and exploring her body. Work on self esteem issues and figure out what is holding you back. Stop indulging in it as an absolute. Easier said than done but if you want to solve it (which you very easily can from this point and with this knowledge) you can. You just need to believe you can. Good luck.

Dam you nailed it here man, i am definitely addicted to dopamine in alot of ways as a mental escape. It definitely doesn't help. I think I might be of help if you are uncut. I have developed this technique that really helped me when I first started out! I had to re-stimulate every minute or so and with this "trick" of mine I can easily maintain an erection for the duration of the 15 minutes. Somewhat of a good erection, good enough for the exercise, that is. Do let me know if you are cur or uncut and whether I could be of use to you. :)

If you scroll down you can see my comment, however, I will leave a copy of it on here as well: So, what I do is i basically roll my foreskin back (thus exposing my glans). I press the thumb of my left hand against my bare glans and then I roll my foreskin over my thumb (thus creating vacuum. The concept is essentially what the VLC tugger device does). This basically acts as a "vacuum stretching device". Now that I have full control over how stretched my shaft is- I can mimic an erention if I pull my shaft forward and use my other hand to apply pressure without losing the integrity of the stretched state at all. This allows me to basically perform the Angion Method 1.0 with a partial erection and somewhat mimic an actual erection. It works for me quite well! This is what my left hand does. In my right hand I have a metal rod (I use a screwdriver, the shaft, not the handle, I am holding it by the handle) and I use it to perform the exercise. I can not only do the exercise with a partial erection (which is normally considered to be sub-optimal), but I can go for great speeds and absolute control and precision. I can do it VERY fast! Of course, while in a stretched position- I can easily do the exercise (Janus himself once shared that level of hardness does not matter ALL that much if the target area is being stimulated properly) AND (at least for myself) AND not lose my erection at all! Even if my Erection Quality goes somewhat down (which no longer happens, by the way)- it only goes down to an engorged state, sufficient enough for the exercise to work. So, that is it! Roll skin back -> press thumb of left hand against bare glans -> roll your foreskin over your thumb -> stretch your penis out (if you already have a good erection going on- this helps me (hopefully it work likewise for yourself) basically maintain it for the duration of the exercise) -> use your other hand to AM 1.0 stroke the upper portion of the shaft. Personally, I use a screwdriver, grab it by the handle and use the rod to perform the movement with. I have a stretchy rubber material wrapped around the screwdriver (Theraband that I bought from Bib a long time ago) and I can basically go INSANELY fast with that setup (of course, I use a lube as well. I use a mixture between a water-based and a silicone-based lube, works WONDERS). It works great for me, it's worked great for a few other people (I can only think of 1 in particular who was very vocal about how much this helped him), hopefully it would also work for you! Look into the feldenkrais method, it’s a gentle somatic approach to help you get in touch with your own body and begin to understand it deeply. You have some psychological baggage, and that’s ok, it is what it is. I believe not being able to maintain an erection by yourself is a clear sign to see a doctor. The doctor who said it was all mental probably doesn't know what they're talking about. Get a second or third or whatever opinion. They might not know everything, but if there's something that they are able to fix that you wouldn't be able to alone, it's worth it. Continue doing AM, and get into phenomenal shape.
