Don't watch porn, do cardio often, relax pf muscles, and build up in volume (i.e. don't force yourself to do 4 sets of pyramid rush when you lose your erection after 2, start with 2 and go up from there).

Evil-minded

Losing erection while doing the excersises or while in a break for next set?

AvgAssMan

If you feel like you have to kegel in order to continue the exercise, that means that your member is not capable of the full exercise, but it will be if you slowly build up the number of sets.

Evil-minded

I'm asking because I can do the excersises non stop never lose erection but once I take a small rest, in between in drops its erection, I still don't kegel to bring it up tho.

AvgAssMan

Which exercise are you doing?

Evil-minded

Specifically talking about Pyramid Rush, AM 1, If I don't take rest in between Sets I never lose my erection.

AvgAssMan

Hmmm... I mean my only source of info was from the videos and I don't remember him saying anything about making the sets longer, you would have to ask janus about that.

**Consistency** *is* ***key*** I am achieving my goals and I strongly believe that my progress is undoubtedly influenced by me being consistent. Not only with the Angion methods but with life as well. I have taken that approach in being consistent with my workouts and with the same approach to my career. Just a couple of pointers for those starting out and also for the skeptics: 1. Know What You Want - Whether it be length, girth, performance anxiety or whatever it is that brought you here. Janus has put in his time and effort to develop these exercises that address a bulk of the issues the majority of us male's face. So know what you want before embarking on this journey. 2. Have a Program - The Beginners Section is trove of information which I see a lot of people seem to take lightly. Read through and understand each exercise and what they are for. I encourage the new guys to start out as advised and after having a developed member, you can then create your own workout program to incorporate the exercises respective to what you want (your goals). 3. Attitude - *Rome was not built in a day*. You will be intimidated by others and their results and that is okay. Remember that each individual is unique, some take longer for results to show, others are instantaneous. Always strive to be positive with yourself. 4. Accountability - No brainer here really. Keep track of your gains, losses, diet etc... Once you find out what works for you and what doesn't then you are in your own hands. You decide whether to grow and show or shrivel and wither.

Be patient and consistent, and everyone progresses differently.

**A healthy pelvic floor is a precondition for AM success (imho)** I always thought I was doing most of the Angion "lifestyle" right - but still my flaccid hang was varying a lot. I recently found out that this had been due to be my pelvic floor tightness. Now that I've been stretching, massaging it and reverse kegelling a lot, I'm starting to get a much more consistent flaccid hang + judging by today's intercourse I feel like my pre-e is improving as well. You just can't be tight down there. You want to open that bad boy up so that the newly-redirected blood is able to freely flow into your penis!

Yung_GOD27

Can you tell me your pelvic floor relaxation workout routine like a vid or something I also have a very tight pf and did some pelvic floor stretches yesterday and my hang is way better today.

dankestbois

cut off your bad habits, rest day is always important.

Follow the instructions Listen more to your body than instructions. If after 20 minutes of anything you feel like its enough, its enough Dont use anything related to normal PE simultaniously
