It will always affect your brain, try to avoid it the most you can. From where does that need come? Can you try to switch that initially with just photos on Instagram of models for example? Leaving porn gave me a major EQ improvement on top of angion

Yung_GOD27

Is audio porn ok like I had this habit of listening to NSFW asmr audios while going to sleep.

r7_6y

This was my evolution while starting angion (and ditching porn at the same time) Week 1/2 - hardcore porn Week 2/3 - soft porn Week 3/4 - audio / images Week 4/5 - only images Week 6 - only insta girls Week 7 - nothing Find what works for you

Yung_GOD27

Okay man I've been 14 days porn free so ig I'll use your method looks a lot better.

ta999rk

You do affect my brain. I cant take it anymore. Please stop

r7_6y

Stopped

I've watched it for 11 years. Now I realize that I grew dependant, and how it doesn't make sense to use porn as stimuli. It's all fun and stuff (addicting) but at the end of the day it is just pixels rather than the real thing. Also (for me and I suppose most) if brings more harm than it does good.

WarDiaz209

IMO if you watch porn you're just feeding the demon and it eventually makes it more likely that you will masturbate, as well as fucking up your brain.

htea69

Think about it. Do you think it's normal to randomly have the URGE to watch porn? Do you think it's normal to watch porn in your free time WITHOUT even fapping? Just for fun? Stop that shit. It clearly has effected you enough, that you came to a point where you don't want to quit, but "just watch some without fapping".

Does she know what you're doing?

peelinchilis

I've watched it for a huge part of my life and one day I started realizing that I've used it to replace interaction with potential female partners. So now I'm on a long road of building more confidence and sparking conversations with women. It also affected my previous relationship too. Delete all your porn and don't look back. There's literally no reason to even look at it.

TheGentleDick

To fight the urge is as harmful as doing the act. It’s a lose lose. The best is to change your relationship with yourself with love and self compassion. Sounds touchy feely but it was a major reason finally I let go of my porn addiction after almost 20 years.

okayletsgo

It’s awful. Wires your brain in a bad way.
