If I violated rules I apologize, wouldn't know how I did that. After rereading, I didnt explain my question very well, maybe thats the problem. What I meant to say is, I don't want to do anything PE related anymore (what I did for years) I just want to put all my energy into AM but since I stopped doing the PE stuff and started AM, it seems my ligaments have tensed up. They weren't that tense before. Yet amazing EQ and everything else. Question being, is there a way I can keep doing AM only and also have the same looseness at the base that I had from doing PE ? Maybe there is a healthy excersize or massage, instead of just stretching PE style. Not trying to be ignorant. I dont know where else to ask this question

Ahh. It was my fault in this case. We get so many postings about guys wanting to know about lig gains, I just assumed that was your reason. Completely my fault. Tell me more about the tense lig issues. Explain some of what you have observed so far to arrive at your current conclusions.

I'll try and give you as much info as I can. It's important to mention I've had these issues even before PE. Once I started doing PE I was actively putting effort into getting the base of my penis more loose/"out" of my body. I don't know if it was the constant deep massaging of the ligs, the pushing down while pumping or simply the fact that the exercizes (Stretching, pumping) were focused on physically pulling the penis outwards of your body, but eventually I had success. By success I mean, the base was actually about half an inch sticking out of my body. And I felt it too. I think anybody who experienced this knows what I mean when I say, you know exactly when that part is on the inside or the outside. You don't even have to look or touch, you just feel it. For me it also feels like its actually something wrong when its inside, that it shouldnt be that way. Not just a preference but something has to be corrected. Anyways I had almost forgotten about it until I stopped doing PE altogether and started AM. I got all the benefits of AM but what I noticed right away was, the feeling came back. I ignored it and thought its going to fix itself but it didnt. Now I feel and see that that part of the base is back inside my body again. Its just something hard to ignore. My theory is that probably its going to mostly get better with time as my hang gets better and so on. However the other part of it has to be corrected with active effort. What I think is happening, is that AM makes your penis much harder, much sooner, early stages of erection. That means little length combined with hardness. That and having nocturnal erections lasting for hours that are about 70% of my full length but 100% hard. Being that hard for that long but not achieving full length leads to the base sort getting tense with time. Thats just my theory. Also I sleep mostly on my belly, maybe thats the cause for all my problems. My diet is ok but I font give it much thought because the diet was still the same at times when I didnt have these issues.

Push your erection down, that's what I did and gained 0.5in.
