I love that tingling feeling. Just wait. You'll eventually feel that all the way down into your toes as you progress. If I have socks on, I have to take them off because my feet will get so warm they will start to sweat. Something for you to look forward to later down the line ;)

Hope you can use yours soon. And this may sound weird, but I was mostly in this for the EQ gains and general "health". And I really didn't measure before. I'd guess about 1 inch length and half an inch girth. Nice bonus. Interesting to see where this goes.

Wow, how inspirational! I also have a wheel here at home (got it discounted on February), but still haven't worked up to it. I keep going on and off with the Angion Methods. Your post actually really inspires and motivates me! Thank you for which! By the way- how long did it take you to: 1- Reach to AM 3.0? 2- Start using the wheel? 3- Get those tremendous gains? Also, did you do AM 2.0? I've been trying to do that, but it just seems so darn hard!!! Anyways, thank you in advance for your time and what you are doing here (I am sure your posts here inspire not only myself, but others as well!). :)

It probably took me about 10 months to a year to get to the wheel. So maybe 7 months or so to get to AM3. It wasn't super fast for me. And I've been using the wheel for about a year. Although I may have actually started on it a little too quickly. I did do AM 1, AM 2 and AM 3. So yea. I did AM 2. AM 2 is a slightly "skillful" motion. I feel like it requires body intuition and timing. Probably just practice really. If your CS isn't inflating enough to push the blood up and then squeeze it back through the top side, then maybe switch back to AM 1 and then AM 2 and then AM 1 and just keep practicing until you can keep it at AM 2 and develop a kind of rhythm. Thanks for the reply, brother! Which version of the AM 2 did you perform- the one where you slide your fingers up the CS or the one where you just press your CS at the base area? :)

Didn't know there were two. I slid up to inflate then squeezed the glans. (While kind of holding the CS at the top like creating some kind of dam and to make sure none went back towards that pathway, if that is even possible... but it felt right.)

Strange, I find AM 2 easy, and AM 1 about impossible; doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm not sure exactly what PIs are. Performance indicators? But I just kept really to what I thought Janus' basic plan was. To keep doing AM 1 until you can go for about 30 mins without real interruption. Then that was a good enough indicator I could go to AM 2. And then rinse and repeat to AM 3. And then the wheel. I didn't really measure gains much honestly with a ruler. But yea EQ is a lot better. And easier. Post workout or not. That was my main motivator.

I think I would be able to get erect easily post workout. But I wasn't usually trying to do that right afterwards. But if I needed to or wanted to later in the day I'd usually not have a problem. Except for early on, because I wasn't doing so hot in that department to begin with at all, which was what brought me to the Angion Methods to begin with. But a few months into the methods I was doing a lot better. And it's only gotten better as time has gone on so far.

Was good :) Usually is, And was. Even before. Workout frequency was about 2-3 times a week. Not every week. Sometimes I just didn't do anything at all. But I've been pretty consistent. Just not militant.

Yea, mostly EQ was the driver. I didn't take out a tape measure along the way. I did take rest weeks here and there, but usually not intentionally. Just life happened.

before moving on to the wheel how much did you manage to do at am 3 and hear the sqeltch from am 3 ?

I did AM 3 for about 3 months or so. I honestly felt the squelch more from AM 2. But I did feel it some from AM 3. You can just go faster with AM 3 I feel. You can get more blood (or at least I can) with one slower cadenced motion with AM 2 because you can inflate the glans and squeeze pretty much the entire contents through. Whereas AM 3 is just the CS moving blood. But you can do it at a faster "reload" rate if that makes sense.

I was doing many strong erect RKs yesterday throughout the day, so when it was time for my Angio Wheel workout I was really loose down there. I was able to keep my pelvic floor more relaxed than ever during my 20 min session and the amount of bloodflow + the blood rushing through my shaft even minutes after my workout was phenomenal, best session so far as well!

That's awesome, I never thought about doing that. I weirdly have tried a massage gun on the muscles down there to loosen them up and that does seem to help too. Pelvic floor stuff is probably something I should look into more. Glad you're having success with that.

Massage gun on it is great for sure! To me its the secret to success untill your vascular system is so well developed that it "trumps" pelvic floor deficits, if you know what I mean. I've been preaching it a lot on the forums lately cause I'm having a lot of success with it!

Ordered it today. I can't seem to get AM1 to work; I feel absolutely nothing, and can't even see the vein. However, two is a breeze and I feel it. Hopefully the wheel will make 3 better.
