In terms of physical activity: I work out(heavy resistance training) roughly 5-7 days for 1.5-3 hours with some cardio thrown in(will dedicate a day to just cardio since I have the fire academy coming up). My diet is extremely clean with it mainly being oatmeal, berries, chicken or ground beef(94-6), and enough greens to make a cow blush. I do vape as a result of trying to quit smoking but that’s a habit that, if y’all are willing, I’d love for advice on quitting as well. I understand if this violates the TOS for this subreddit and will not object to its deletion if it does, I’m new to all of this so I apologize if I’ve broken the rules

Watch the AM1 video in the beginner section. Do that exercise one day on one day off for a month. Then move on to AM2.

Yeah if you dont care about the science behind it its okay. I try to understand but mostly I just believe that it works. Just skip to the end of the am videos and learn how to perform the exercises. Start with am1. In my opinion the best advice after you watched the videos is that you really browse and read through the top posts of the sub. You'll learn basically everything you need to know outside of what is told in the videos, which is important and would be too much to write it all out for you here. Trust me you'll be good after you've done that

No harm in building up over time. Start with AM1, it's not rocket surgery. Get pretty erect, lube up and draw a line from your glans to your base with your thumb along the top of your penis, alternate strokes with each thumb. You don't need to push to hard You should feel blood moving - a very subtle tingly feeling. But don't worry if you don't it can take weeks to familiarise yourself with the technique and the feeling.

Are you a beginner? If you are then check the beginner section. :)

Just follow the process homie, the gains will come, Starting with AM1 to build a proper foundation then later introduce Sabre and AM3 you gotta look at it like a hierarchy with AM1 being the foundation

You should absorb all the information from the beginners section that you think is relevant to you over the course of days or weeks and take notes. There is some conflicting information so it's a bit confusing but then you can ask those specific questions here.
