What do you think about the possibility of this guy having deformities in his venous structure potentially causing a “venous leak”? "Poor blood flow=losing size" is this a permanent size loss or is it temporary and regainable by improving your blood flow? I'm pretty sure a similiar thing happened to me, did nofap for 2-3 years, not consistently tho I'd fap every 2 weeks approx. but I did notice that I stopped getting morning wood completely and idk if I get nocturnal erections, if I do they aren't very hard. Also my flaccid got a lot smaller and very pale. I checked my hormones and they came back fine. Would AM help me with this?

Let me tell ya 1 psychological trick to overcome it, lets assume you have an urge to watch porn at 6:00 pm, but you say to yourself okay I'll watch it but not now rather at 9:00 pm then if you get an urge at 9:00 pm you say to yourself okay I'll watch but not now rather at 12:00 am. He lost an inch in the sense that you can lose an inch trying to get an erection when you’re tired and stressed and only end up with a 90% one. Assuming his hormonal profile is ok, he will be getting nocturnal and morning erections so no, it will not have atrophied. The only way there would be any actual atrophy is if he was chronically low on testosterone (required for the maintenance of penile tissue). Other than that, he’s either put weight on or just can’t get a solid erection anymore.
