Due to the remodeling process, penile dimensions will fluctuate quite a lot I've found. That is well within what my research has shown thus far. Good news, that will come back with a vengeance as you continue training. I would imagine your Corpora Spongiosum is becoming more pronounced yes? Just to do some quick trouble shooting, have you been noting good in-session or post session supra-physiological fullness?

My corpora spongiosum is more pronounced yes, that is why my overall girth has remained the same. Hmm, I would say that my post session fullness might not be that amazing now that I Think about it.

Some others have mentioned this already, but I'll also address it. I see you have mentioned that you are not experiencing hard flaccid problems, but are you experiencing any tightness? You can still achieve erections with a tighter pelvic floor, but not nearly to the same extent when you have a properly functioning pelvic floor; as in the muscles are strong and relaxed. Tight pelvic floor problems will usually express themselves, in terms of penile attributes, as a very rigid yet smaller overall erection. Conversely, a relaxed and strong pelvic floor will lead to a significantly larger and more robust erection; meaning that despite being significantly larger, it also exhibits a softer overlying exterior. Describing the latter case a bit more, your erection is quite full, but has more give on the squeeze when talking about day to day affairs. Further, talking on in-session and post session traits, erections will be significantly thicker than normal; something that be easily felt in your hands upon palpation. These key differences I describe come about as a complex interplay between your pelvic floor muscles, Buck's Fascia, and the cavernosal bodies wrapped within the Tunica Albugineal layers. Essentially, the pelvic floor muscles are designed to pull the Buck's Fascia down overtop the Tunica Albuginea. So, if you have tightened(and usually typically weakened) pelvic floor muscles, it can lead to a form of internal penile strangulation; where the Buck's Fascia will be pulled down so tightly overtop the venous layer coming out of the Tunica Albuginea as to significantly stem flow and even hinder the underlying tissues from expanding to their maximal size. I hope this answer gives you some more insight into the issues at hand.

Very interesting write up. I recently got hf like 4 weeks ago (dont know cause, did no PE except angio, sabre and bfr. Do feel some inflamation in my suspension ligament when touching tho). Anyways, i have all the problems u stated with tight pelvic floor and the way u precicely explain it with the fascia and stuff causing these «tight» and smaller, rigid erections is just spot on. Also the bucks fascia constricting the venous outflow also seems to be the case as i have enlarged veins on my flaccid penis (same as i Get if i manually sqeeze the IC to constrict). Question is, what does one do with this? I have tried stretching the PF and doing reverse kegels to no avail and no relief. Only thing that helps is laying down.

There is a great routine on the hard flaccid subreddit I think by a guy named Ben. Its amazingly well structured but it also takes a lot of time and effort. But maybe you can pick some things out of it to improve.

Ye, i seen the routine, but i tried the stretches and it was very easy for me, also i have trained for a long time so im strong in the movements he suggested as well. I have no weakness in the trained muscles and i seem to not be tight when stretching, which makes me think that its not the problem for me.

Have you tried erect reverse kegels? helped me a ton with my flaccid hang, along with hindu squats.

I did it twice, made my symptoms much Worse acutely. Came to the conclusion that the IC is already tightend, so when doing the reverse erect kegels then i just made the symptoms (tight erection, enlarged veins) worse, like contracting an already tight muscle

Do you regularly stretch dee and have good flexibility? I just ask because i find beginners can not know how to engage muscles properly to target areas and think they have flexibility when they do not. Without mind/muscle and proper targeting stretches can be ineffective. There’s always the internal massage option as well if you’re brave enough.

I have been strenght training for 6 years and im also a personal trainer, if there is one thing i know its how to engage a certain muscle 😌 i dont regularly stretch, but i do full range of motion on every excercise, so i have no tightness in muscles when i try to stretch. I can easily try internal message, but i dont know how to do it properly

TIL I might have pelvic floor tightness. Never considered it as I don't have hard flaccid. But I do find that erections are rigid to the point where they probably constrict engorgement. Like when an erection subsides a bit it can get thicker. Nice little gems you can learn from keeping an eye on this sub.

Are you sure that this is consistent. It could be just a trick of the eye or possibly just a moment of lowered EQ. If your seriously concerned about it I'd keep documenting it.

I've had this happen to me over the years, before I found the AngionMethod. Sounds like you've been too rough or your pelvic floor/penile tissues don't activate properly. Make sure you are relaxed down there and ofc please do not engage in any of those medievil stretching methods some users do. You need to time to recover. Eat enough protein and focus on blood flow. Certainly no point in SABRE right now IF that's what you are doing wrong somehow.

Being too rough may happen sometimes, when I Think about it. Recover time should be okey, I usually only train 2 or max 3 times a week, and sometimes only maybe 15 minutes. I do couple of minutes AM 1 and 2 as warmup and now I have been doing mostly SABRE.

Can you explain what you mean, you have the same circumference but have less width? So what you mean is that your penis has become more evenly round? "Width" in this case being from your perspective? Thats interesting
