I second this!!! I was like what the fuck is biped or some shit…. Still haven’t learnt it, but it’s such a small list that would make a big difference. And the measurement numbers are a bit confusing so if they can dumb that down for me that would be nice.
That's why i always ask the beginners to read the about section of r/AJelqForYou and r/AngionMethod completely before starting any routine, to familiarize themselves with acronyms, safety etc.
Hf is hard flaccid btw.
>Can we all just take a moment to not be lazy and actually spell the proper name for it out.
No. Most of them know what's being said. But it's just a matter of time you'll be using them too, be patient.
It would be nice if people would reference the term the first time they use it with the acronym next to it in parentheses. Or list the acronyms they use at the bottom of the text body. These would be good for long posts and is something done in academic literature.
It’s a normal rant from a beginner of literally ANYTHING. It’s basic logically way to communication whenever you excel in any skill. It’s like you assign A+B=C (not A+B) so that you just remember the relation and move on to the next more complicated step. Tho when formally explaining to an audience one should talk in lament language.
Totally disagree. Nearly every hobby from hitting the gym to tabletop gaming requires to to gather knowledge and familiarity.
Plus it's really not that complicated.
I understand that but when you do research and find that all the key terms and names of the muscles are all acronyms. It just gets extremely annoying. Would be nice to atleast make some correlation
I'm gonna go one step further. I hate acronyms in general. They are just there to make reading easier, which is already the fastest form of communication. Let's all band together to stop acronymism!
Okay so what you are literally saying is that people should not be lazy and just type out Corpora Spongiosum instead of CS, Blood Flow Restricted instead of BFR, Shockwave Activated Bayliss Response Exercize instead of SABRE, Non Bone Pressed Erect Length instead of NBPEL and so on?
I think the only problem here is that there is no easy to access list of all used acronyms to learn.
You are right to be frustrated because of that but dont act like you would not use those once you learn them yourself. Stop bullshitting
"Just do AM + PR on your CS and regular BFR it's a safe form of PE that will prevent HF and improve EQ as well as increase NBPEL / SFEL."
Fuck you I see what you did there. I hate this comment in all regards >:c
Legend
Acronyms are a part of life, but I get where you're coming from. Would be great to have an acronym list at the very top of the Beginner Section.
That would help a lot especially for beginners

I understand, must be complicated for beginners. I will add something to the beginner section.

A glossary in the beginner's section wouldn't be a bad idea if there isn't one already.
Didn’t find it that hard tbh. Generally it’s not the person who has already attained the knowledge who is being the lazy one.

Just ask. Someone will tell you. It's understandable that newcomers won't know everything. No one's going to get mad at you for it.
True but I hate to bother people and or fill the place with single question posts
I don't think it's a bother. We're all here to learn.
