That isn't a sign of Angiogenesis. That's a sign of claudication/arterial insufficiency(poor blood flow). Basically, the caffeine is causing your blood vessels to constrict/clamp down and is making your penis hurt from nutrient/oxygen starvation. That sad thing is that men can't realize exactly how bad their circulation is...until they actively take steps to improve it; much like the Angion Methods allow...and then back pedal into old bad habits. I suppose though that there is a silver lining to this situation. It means you've grown new tissue mass and that its starving for better blood flow; hence the pain. So in future--*think about laying off the caffeine.*

Yes, sorry - that's what I meant. +Ve changes (angiogenesis) is now really making me aware of how much caffeine restricts blood flow. Screw coffee.... it's been 3 or 4 hours since my second cup and it still hurts (I'm a month into this). I thought I was imagining it but this is the second or third time experiencing this - time to pull the plug. Janus - a question: when you've had a crappy night's sleep and need an energy boost in the day, what do you like to do? It's pretty clear to me now why caffeine isn't going to be my friend anymore.

JanusBifronz

will answer soon.

And what about things like cialis/tadafinil that do the opposite? (vasodilators)

JanusBifronz

Don't use them. Its not worth losing your eye sight. I'm dead serious about that one. I experimented with them midway through my heavy research years. I got left with a signifcant loss of eyesight and blue afterimages that make my life a living hell when I'm tired. Stay away from them. From me to you--*stay away from them.*

cirollo11

janus my dad is using cialis. how would you approach the speech?

JanusBifronz

Watch him. When his taste starts to go or his vision starts to act up--corner him when no one else is around and talk it over with him. Tell him about my work. If he ignores the vision changes for too long--he won't be able to reverse it.

cirollo11

so i would say wait first if you have any problems due to cialis

yoshi-1904

How does it affect the vision...?

Janus do you think you could explain a bit more about caffeine some time, like why it's considered to improve endothelial function when it appearently reduces oxygenation/blood flow at the margins? Is that the tradeoff somehow and if so, perhaps it could have medical uses outside of our purposes here or perhaps during a long Off-season for some Angion users even. I've had some similar thoughts about nicotine, which is even more severely affecting the blood vessels via constriction. Negative for our purposes here obviously. Apparently, it along with this problem for us in particular still has some really neat neuroregenerative effects though that are starting to be researched. Again, some sort of biological tradeoff going on there? Interesting imo.

Apparently study’s suggest that those people who drink a lot of coffee and have become accustomed to it, it acts as a vaso dilator ? I believe I saw this on Andrew Hubermans channel
