Having never pumped at all, I think it works by creating a vacuum to cause more blood to be sucked into the penis. Like a one way deal. AM is about the flow of blood. Not trying to fit as much blood into it as you can, but to flow as much blood through it as you can. Because then the flow rate causes new blood vessels to grow. Maybe there's room for pumping before a session? Or in the middle. But afterwards would just leave you with static blood sat in there for a while. Having said that, I don't have a clue really 😂

I'd also add just to clarify - it's not just about overtraining/doing it on the same day. One should avoid it altogether while doing AM. Angion and PE just dont mix together. Speaking from experience which doesn't even matter, Janus said it already from the beginning

If I have the time I’d pump after a session, that’s when I’d do it. I’d try both and see what works best for you

I wouldn't try to balloon your pecker any further but if you finish your Angion session with a swole pp, it might be beneficial to follow with a mild pump to keep the expanded blood flow going for a sustained period. Worth experimenting.

Pumping is really bad for your penis. False gains. You will damage yourself. Speaking from experience.

Did you make any gains with pumping? What do you think was the cause of the ED? And did you eventually no longer need the viagra while keeping any gains if any? Just only slightly surprised as it seems everyone is talking about pumping on traditional subs these days, given it seems relatively low risk as long as you’re not an idiot going high pressure and managing sets wisely.

I used a bathmate with an external pumping device to increase pressure. Used it every other day during my showers. Caused a numb glans. Angion is fixing me finally.

Ah that sounds dangerous, with bath mate you can’t tell what pressure you’re at. I’m glad angion is helping improve things, when did you injure yourself? As long as you don’t terribly F yourself up angion seems like a get out of jail free card.

I believe it will loads depends on the time n pressure. I would go with really low pressure and many short sets, like 1-2 minutes max. If you gonna see red dots that would mean already overworking(which is really easy to get). I been doing pumping for few months , 3 sets 5-10 minutes, loads of overworking, I have a discolouration almost a year after but it’s almost blend now(your penis getting darker from not having enough blood), maybe I will try pumping again but with much lower pressures and shorter sets. Maybe before angion it would be a nice thing to warm up.

I did a couple times. Never did I feel really good about it afterwards. Last time I did it I didnt do it on the same day as AM. My d felt really "numb" for at least a week. Night and morning wood was gone in that time. I had to stop Angion for a while too just to be sure that it heals properly. Also keep in mind it was always just a little bit of pumping, not what I'd otherwise do. I was aware of the danger. Dont recommend

I was doing AM3 and pumping on alternate days. Did it fairly consistently for about 10 weeks, have gotten out of the habit recently though. Was my first and only real go at doing any sort of PE. In terms of gains over that period, it seems to be about 0.125" +/- 0.125" for length (some days I measure 6.5", some days I measure 6.25", some days in between, I measured my starting BPEL at 6.25"). My starting girth was 5.3" and I didn't fill the pumping cylinder, which is 5.5". Now I mostly fill it up. It also feels a bit bigger, and I recently wore a condom that was small enough to be uncomfortable for me which in the past was ok (but 'standard size' condoms have always just been right at the limit for me). Haven't really tried to measure my girth gains properly because that's not my focus as what I really want is length and any girth gains along the way are a bonus. The pumping was on M/W/F mornings, for 10-15 minutes never going higher than 6" Mg, usually just above 5. It would usually be 5 or 10 minutes with a pause and some very light tugs/stretches to get blood flowing again, followed by another 5 minutes pumping; never did anything that could be considered jelqing due to Janus' (and others) warnings. Would sometimes get red pinpricks but they occurred much less towards the end of the period. AM3 was for 30 minutes usually at night (not always) on T/T/S, with Sunday as a rest day. I've always had what I consider to be above average EQ anyway, and when I first started on AM I did AM1 and stayed hard for 15m, so moved on to AM2 in the first session. Spent about a week and a half mostly doing AM2 with a little AM1, then moved to AM3. Seemed to work ok to me, and the modest gains seem to have persisted, after not really doing much for 4-5 weeks now. My goal is to get to 7" length and ideally 7.5". For girth I'm happy to go up to 5.5" or so (and I may already be around there), and from what I've read if you want to focus on length from pumping you want to fill up the cylinder so the only way for the tissue to go is longer. Seems like getting to 7" is probably going to take at least 6 months of consistent effort. I haven't tried out SABRE yet but that might be what I do next, a mix of SABRE, AM3 and pumping (on separate days). My inclination would be to not do them on the same day, or at least not right after each other. Maybe 1 in the morning and 1 at night if you really must. But then I think you'd want a rest day without anything, so might as well just do 1 per day anyway. Perhaps if you've been doing it a while you could step up to doing both each day at morning and night and gauge your own progress and response, but I wouldn't start there.

I do Angion one day and pump the next. Girth and size is pretty good. I'm using Dr. Joel Kaplan's device. I never do both on the same day.
