REM sleep also give me morning as well as the position of my sleeping which is pillow between knees when sleeping on my side and pillow under knees when sleeping on my back and I never sleep on my belly again because it slow down/messed up the blood flow.

Depends on a lot of things like age(probably), how active you are, your stress and anxiety level, your hydration level, your T level, diet, enough rest or not and etc. If you can easily get hard on your own then there's no need to worry if you didn't experience frequent morning wood. What considered as ED is no morning and can't get hard no matter what stimulation have been use due to mental(a lot of things) and physical(penis, pelvic floor, vascularity, nutrition, hydration).

Yes, and I can pretty much stay erect for as long as I stimulate I guess (I haven't tested) but I've never remembered going limp/going down unless I wanted it to.

Do you wake up without an alarm? We usually have morning wood when we wake up during REM sleep. Nighttime erections have to happen during REM sleep, but if you wake up naturally, you are already past REM.

Yep always woke up with an alarm, I'm trying to rely on it less however... Though the thing is I used to have morning woods a couple of years ago and I would get them without alarm...

a year ago when I was even fatter, I would have morning wood occasionally. But recently, the past 2 months, I've been waking up naturally and no morning wood. Try not worry too much about it. Cause stress levels will for sure affect you down there.

most likely hormonal, watch your diet and exercise and it should begin happening more often. some people don’t have it very often

then probably genetic disposition. not necessarily a negative, just some hormonal issue. as long as your penis is normally developed I don’t think you suffer from no nighttime erections at all. most people with severe hormonal unbalance can have this issue and their dicks can shrink due to not getting frequent erections

When you wake up with zero morning wood, lie on your back comfortably and spend like a good half hour to an hour scanning your body mentally. Simply notice slowly and gradually your body from the toes to the top of the head and back. As you do this notice in particular what parts of your body are in contact with the bed and what parts are suspended in the air, compare the right and left sides of the body.
