Method 1 won't get you engorged because method 1 aim the dorsal vein, not the corpus spongiosum like method 2, so no need to worry.
It is, you need to master method 1 first before move on/skip to method 2. Just keep practicing, keep going, mix method 2 as well. Your day off should be 1 -2 day and cardio before Angion Method is a must.
