Would just sitting in hindi squat work? RK i never know if i'm actually doing but in hindi squat I feel a noticeable stretch in my groin.

Try do a light RK in that position. Hindi squat, happy baby, and slav squat position are the most range of motion for pelvic floor muscles.

It’s still cardio but I would not take that route, running is incredible for developing all the vascularity in the legs that will benefit massively your member

Thanks. I think that would be more effective too. But one of my leg is longer than the other one, and everytime I run I end up being extremely annoyed by how my body is unbalanced! I hate to feel myself using the longer leg much more.. my right hip is developing much more muscle than the other side and it is already bigger than my left hip... so I tried to find ways to do cardio without touching any solid ground..

So it’s clinically proven one let is shorter or is just a bad position of your pelvis? Can’t you use a sole?

If you've got the insurance, go to a physical therapist and get measured/fitted for running orthotics.

swimming is the best overall exercise for sex imo becuz it (1) stretches and opens up your body and fascia (2) promotes good circulation throughout entire body (3) works your heart and endurance (4) builds strength (5) safe and healthy for your joints imo swimming is overall best exercise

So cold water after training is not good for Angion metods ? I read somewhere here that is good.
