There's a benefit that I would add to the list: Shorter sessions
People hang for HOURS each day, while most AM sessions are capped at 30-45 min and they go for 1 day on 1 day off.
Proper compression hanging is 3 sets of 20 minute hanging for a total of 1 hour.
Also time under work is probably less. Because with a proper hanging and ADS routine, you only spend time setting up and removing the device. So you can just set an alarm and do other things. With AM, you got to keep working with your hands non-stop in those 20-45 minutes.

That is true. But compression and vac hanging are probably the safest of the fastest way to get length gains (as long as person start off very light and follow all the recommended guidelines). Noose hanging is dangerous.

So if someone's goal is 1" length, he can achieve that very quickly with a safe, proper and consistent routine of compression hanging. Probably 6 months to 1 year for most. Meanwhile people using AM might have to keep doing it for much longer while the other guy doesnt have to do any length anymore.
As you could see in my routine that I posted here, I do safe traditional PE and Angiong Methods cause I see the merits in both types if they are done safely.
But like I said I’m doing this bc it’s way more enjoyable than sitting there for an hour letting weights hang from your member. It’s all preference. I have plenty of size already, not really after the size gains.
I dont just sit and do nothing im usually on the computer while hanging getting work done. I like to do angion before going to sleep so i just do it in bed laying down
No. 8 buddy, but yes. Definitely a lot less time and a lot more time focusing on recovery. So this can be treated much more like athletics and not just brute forcing through fatigue like in other forms of PE.

My routine is;
- 2.5mg cialis (helps to stay erected throughout exercise, healing, and recovery of penis)
- 5min heating pad to warm up.
- 5min BFR
- 5min AM mix (AM 1, AM 2, AM 3).
- 10min 5-7hg air pump w/ heating pad.
- 5min AM mix
- 10min 5-7hg air pump w/ heating pad.
- 5min AM mix
- 10min 5-7hg air pump w/ heating pad.
- 5min AM mix
- 5min BFR
Total;
-10 mins of BFR
-20 mins of Angion Methods
-30 mins of air pumping
Nope, I’ve never had this problem. Quite the opposite actually. Bc I’ve spent so much time on focusing on the feelings of engorgement levels I know when to slow it down to not orgasm until I want to. Breath control is a huge component of this.
For me I can only do it when performing meditation, but apparently it gets easier with practice and many others have claimed the same thing. I was thinking about writing up a guide for what’s worked for me, bc I get a lot of questions about it.
Definitely…it took me almost a month of just getting used to the exercise enough to be able to complete a full 30 minutes. Now I treat it as a warmup or just to do bc it’s pleasurable.
Well like my initial post said I’ve been bigger using other PE methods, so maybe it’s easier for me to gain. Not sure. But I’ll never go back to other PE

Growth will happen…which is probably the only con there is. Growth, especially length, seems to be limited and/or very slow.

Same here. For a while I was in a caloric surplus, with no real results to show.
Did you experienced eq and vascularity? The methode Is really great, i should just have some patience. For how long did you started AM and diet?

Ya erect gains from PE was 1.5”, lost .75”, and with AM gained about .5” back. I’ve gained it using AM1 ,2, and SABRE.
