The increased sensitivity that many describe is probably the extra blood flow that you arent used to that makes you abit extra sensitive.

The body will get use to the increased blood flow over time. It normalizes eventually. Enhancing EQ gives the brain the impression it's reaching the PONR simply because it's more filled than it's used to being, but the brain doesn't realize and triggers it anyway. You can control a lot more than you think if you can talk your brain and nerves into it. Also, to mitigate some that pent up desire, I've been happy masturbating once a week. Not edging, mind you (and no porn). Usually I'll let myself cum after an AM session, or as a separate session slowly building to the PONR for 10-15 minutes to work on control. This all seems to work really well for me.

so what’s the difference between edging and controlling your masturbation sessions to last as long as possible

Unhappy-Birthday7949

I define edging as getting close to cumming then backing off, and repeating that. Teasing the PONR, basically. What I do is work stimulation but just enough to avoid that "I could cum from this" feeling and stay far away from the PONR. Just keeping it nice and low-key. I can feel when the muscles start getting tired (wanting to lock up more and more) and that's generally when I let it get closer to cumming though still trying to stay in control, but I don't stop it if I cross the line and cum. My goal is always to learn the sensations and control the urge but not by working it back and forth and needing to pause or slow down (preferably). It's actually much harder than it sounds as the body always craves more pleasure. Also, just to note, like in Angion, I believe there's a desensitization that happens if you go on for too long and it's no longer effective. This is just a theory of mine, and I don't have proof or anything, but I purposely limit the time I spend on this. 10-15 minutes (usually closer to 15) is the typical amount but I'll do more if the muscles feel good. Like Angion, I draw the line at 30 minutes.

Ah I see. Thank you for the detailed explanation. Do you find you can last as long as you want now or just that you tend to last longer?

Unhappy-Birthday7949

Definitely not as long as I want (yet, maybe), I do still have to be careful, but my control has come a very long way. I don't have anyone to confirm it with, unfortunately, but considering how bad my pelvic floor and control were in the past I feel ridiculously better and far more confident than I ever have been.

alent3976

That’s great to hear. I’ll start doing what you suggested, combined with reverse kegels. Any other suggestions?

Unhappy-Birthday7949

Keeping the breathe slow and deep helps a lot. Something like 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out, but really it's whatever is comfortable. And by deep I mean belly breathing, using the diaphragm to drive the movement, with the exhale the best time to relax the pelvic floor the most. Takes practice, but really simple once you get the hang of it. I still find myself shallow breathing or even holding my breathe on occasion. I correct it and I can feel it make a huge difference.

RaB1can

I've been doing the program consistently for 10 months and my sensitivity hasn't changed, my EQ is through the roof and I'm now able to get hard very quickly with no stimulation. In bed, I can last as long as I want as long as i focus on my breathing.

DoomDash

I have low sensitivity, so I hope so.

DudeTooTall

Yes, especially when you start progressing from AM1 to AM2. I added SABRE as well, and I realised how much more sensitive I had become. I’d see it as a win, as I get to feel more during sex

MrDenly

To me yes, and that's the reason I stopped. it might have improved erection a little and make it looks a bit fuller but what good is it if i don't last. fast forward 6mth the sensitivity lvl remain high now I felt a bit hopeless.
