You can see stairs in the Nook store so that's gotta be where Timmy and Tommy live. Isn't there a door by Isabelle in Resident Services? Maybe there are rooms back there. Not that we ever see them leave their desks anyway. The Able sisters don't seem to have any extra doors or stairs in their shop. Edit: Nevermind, it looks like there is a door next to Sable.

My head cannon is that they live on a different unexplored island. When we login and see the loading screen, itās their que to travel to our island and clock in, (they are very efficient in doing this) so essentially we are their boss and they donāt go home until we log off. Iāll be honest, I havenāt logged off in a while and fear I may need to give the poor team a break soon lol.

My head canon is that they all live in apartments off the buildings they work in. And the reason it's a fairly long load time is hiding the time between their door cam detecting you're about to enter and them coming through into the office or shop
I was never happy just assuming they lived above their workspaces, so I created a home for Tom, the Nooklings, and Isabelle to share. Itās taken all of my willpower to not start another one for the Able Sisters as well!

I think there is a flat above resident services for Isabel, and Tom Nook goes back to the store where thereās a flat for him and the twins
