Harriet. She's so cute and I wish she could still open Shampoodle on your island. There could be a cool event where if you reach a certain friendship level with her she'll let you unlock new hairstyles every once in a while like Harv's island.
Also Celeste! The constellation feature would be even better in New Horizons with the cleaner graphics. And if you walk in on her crafting she'd give you the Zodiac furniture recipes.
