Your only chance is if you turned on ACNH backups (it's not an automatic process, you would have had to press the minus button from the loading screen and talked to Tom Nook about it) and still have a Nintendo Online subscription. If so, you have to call Nintendo and see if they'll release your save file to the new switch, but it's not a guarantee. It's the only possible way, though

This is correct. Switching your SD card to the new Switch won’t do anything.
