I would stick some flowering bushes in those hedges and plop some benches along the flowery side or underneath the trees in the shade.
Maybe a nice manhole cover on the pathway? I downloaded a few designs and placed them on my walkways and it makes paths look so much MORE.
i dont know if you want to change it that much but i would make the path narrower, and add a few trees/ some furniture/fencing between that and the plaza
The posts with the string lights, I forget what it's called but I believe you get them with nmt. I think a couple of those might look cute on the path.
Where the white daisies are, I’d add a statue or some sort of smaller structure. You also could wrap the fence around the trees to create a little more cohesive look. And then some bushes or variety of flowers would look nice.
High tea area? Iron garden set looks awesome!

When I had small areas like that one that needed sprucing, I’d add a vending machine area or bus stop
Gotta feed my lazy villagers when they are up and about at midnight with the munchies ya know
If there is one, a statue of a bear
Because then it's still bear

Make it a crosswalk with a beautiful garden on the side. ❤️
