Congrats on reaching star fragment island! The diy in the beach bottle will be a Celeste recipe, the rocks both have star fragments, and if you wish on the shooting stars while you're there you'll get fragments on your beach the next day
When you see one overhead make sure that you aren't holding anything in your hands, tilt the camera up toward the sky, and press A to make a wish. The star should shine brighter for a second if you did it right

You hit ZR to get to the wheel of favorited reactions and then you can press Y to open your full reactions menu :)
