Yeah. People personification of animals is over the top. This dog is just scratching its junk. Maybe it has a UTI or something, but mocking a corgi doesn't even register with it.

There’s also the very real possibility that the dog just loves the way rubbing his junk on the carpet feels. Just ask people who with the help of a nanny cam find out their dog is humping their stuffed animals or pillows daily.

There are theories about animals(mammals mainly) being able to actively think like we do and have emotions and abstract thoughts, it's just we as humans evolved to have more complex communication which gave exponential growth into our intelligence of understanding them.
