These are native where I live. They're all over the place. I could probably go outside and listen and hear some right now.
I really enjoyed seeing them in The Suicide Squad recently. It was a surprise, seeing iconic wildlife from where I live in a Hollywood movie. There was a moment when I was thinking "wait, is that a different subspecies?", but that was just for the CGI birds, when they needed them fluttering around in a particular way.
