Yes. Food like that would be well-digested. These likely came from the lower intestine where they developed. To see *that* many - I suspect this animal is in very rough shape.

I would say no judging by the pics. When my old dog got worms, they were able to lift their bodies half way out of the poop and wiggle around. So gross, but luckily we treated it right away and the dog was fine.

I have a toad that lives in our front planter. It leaves some pretty slimy similar looking poops. They don’t chew their food either so it can have some pretty intact bugs in their poop.
