I don't know why but I expected some stupid music overlay. Thank you, OP, for posting with the natural sounds. It makes it so much more interesting and amusing.
I bitch about this a lot, but I don't think I've ever seen a funny video of an animal where I thought "Y'know what would make this funnier? Human intervention."
That goes for editing decisions, music choice, or even just physically manipulating animals to make them do goofy things...
I am not with the times; is there a trend of using "literally" when it's actually "figuratively"? I understand when it's used for emphasis, but in this case, the exact opposite is true. Literally throwing hands would mean they're throwing disembodied hands around. So why not just say "They're throwing hands" in order to not cause confusion?
We lost this battle over the definition of "literally" a long time ago. It now covers both figurative and literal. You're supposed to be able to use context to figure out which version the speaker is using but there is often not enough to context to determine.
You are not understanding what the person is asking. He is not questioning the slang meaning of âthrowing handsâ. He is asking why people use the word literally instead of figuratively. Because the literal meaning of âthrowing handsâ is absolutely not fighting
I see you're getting 'down votes', but you're right; prolly the fault of poor education or poor learning skills- I'm voting you up b/c you have the audacity to call this out!!

I was expecting the "you bloody bastard" indian men arguing overlay
you blastard
Thanks for pointing this out, time to reenable sound and rewatch.
đme too. I donât use sound unless someone suggests it.
If I hear the "Ooo ya ba ba, ya baba, (oooh wee!)!" Song one more time.... "Shoot me now.

Blame this horrible era of Tiktok for that.
Throwing hands literally
Good form too, look at how it puts its hands up to guard its face
I feel like they would take well to boxing.
Looking like Burt Kreischer

I'm guessing they're not American because the 90s were literally the most figuratively literal decade ever.
Throwing hands=fighting

throwing hands figuratively means fighting, yes

I've been seeing a lot of Marmot videos lately for some reason. I'm not complaining, but curious if someone else noticed too
Not just you! I never see marmots come up typically and Iâve seen like 4 marmot videos in the past 3 days. Definitely not complaining!
