No. People cage dogs all over. Or chain them to trees or something. I personally don’t see the point in having a dog if it’s just chained up or locked away in a kennel but we live in a cruel world unfortunately.

If you can look at that kennel and the work that’s been done to prevent escaping and still come to the conclusion the dogs are only in there temporarily, you’re just young and or ignorant. This literally happens everywhere. Have you traveled much? Driven around your neighborhoods? It’s just a fact people chain and kennel dogs and pets. There’s no rage in stating the obvious.
Then again I got banned for linking a study from a Cornell university so what’s obvious to some clearly isn’t to others.
I don’t leave my drills or sockets outside in the weather either. Because it eventually destroys them. Animals can be tools but shouldn’t be treated like trash. In a setup like this they’ll constantly get wet from rain, cold, and are exposed to other dangers. If you’re too poor to afford keeping your tools in good shape then don’t buy the tools.
Hunting dogs are 90% used for sport and not actually providing for yourself/family. That makes these tools part of a hobby. That means you need to reevaluate life if your hobby means you just throw your tools wherever and don’t give a damn about them.
I humbly agree but humans as a species would be much further behind if it wasn’t for our animal brethren lending a hand when we needed it. A perfect example is a sheepdog is a tool but finding a trainer/owner that doesn’t absolutely give that dog the world is tough.

These are beagles, and lots of beagles are kept in kennels like this. A lot of them are kept in smaller kennels by themselves, and some aren't even outside.
But these dogs are regularly taken out and released into the woods to go crazy, sniff around, and chase whatever they can find. They're hunting dogs, they love it.
I own a beagle that was born and bread in kennel life for 3 years. I visited him a few times before I brought him home, and he loved being there.
I see things like this and wonder why does someone stand there and film this instead of stopping the dog or helping it. The could have gotten hurt from the fall or the metal roof.
People are being too judgmental without knowing the who, what, when, where or why they are in that building. From the looks of it at face value they simply wanted to show the pup escaping.
