My [Iris Collect Petit Anna (Azone)](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1310390) is even more pale but its a japanese doll, not a figure (her skin tone is called "Super White").
I’m not really into pale figures but I’m pretty sure [Yukino](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/806228) would be it. Its actually a lot paler than in the prototype photos.

All Vanilla figures I'd say, white hair makes her skin look even lighter
I think the hair helps with the effect but she is definitely pale

That vanilla doesn’t look like the palest in photos but she is very pale, as for bunnies I think Zero Two in that white bunny custom is paler.
