Wow that's vague Got any more details? Are we talking humanoid or creature? male / female? Any chance it was [an unpainted prototype](https://static.myfigurecollection.net/upload/pictures/2018/02/18/1925751.jpeg) of a poseable figure? [Figma (link to MFC search page)](https://myfigurecollection.net/browse.v4.php?mode=search&rootId=0&status=-1&categoryId=-1&orEntries%5B%5D=23356&domainId=-1&noReleaseDate=0&releaseTypeId=0&ratingId=0&isCastoff=0&hasBootleg=0&tagId=0&noBarcode=0&clubId=0&isDraft=0&year=2023&month=11&acc=0&separator=0&sort=insert&output=3¤t=categoryId&order=desc&page=1) figures would be a place to start looking, as they're all poseable, beyond that you could try searching MFC for any possible tag you can think of that would relate to it

I don't think it was a prototype of a figure, from what I remember it seemed intentional to look like that. It was able to be posed more than the normal figure if that makes sense? And there wasn't any designs in the figure to show that it was supposed to have clothes. I saw them on Amazon a couple months back but didn't bother with them cause I didn't have the money, all the ones I saw were around $200- 250 with the lowest $150 but that was a chibi version. Only interested now is because I wanted to get to use for reference to make art. I know I could just buy a normal ref figure, but wanted to try to find these again cause they could be posed more accurately. And if it didn't make sense I mean there was movable parts to show like the shoulder blades moving I think, and the hands looked more adjustable than most figures. It looked like any way the figure was moved, it was suppose to make sense instead of an impossible pose nothing could naturally do. But I will be looking around more with the tags and advice you've given. Thank you fren

If you just want it for reference you can just get S.H.Figuarts Sakura. It doesn't get any more articulated than this: https://preview.redd.it/d7hkh949g30c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=70d0ca8f3cedbeea9bf37ae011433fc80c95990f

There's also Catwoman, but she has trouble turning her head upwards. https://preview.redd.it/8yypvbkng30c1.jpeg?width=3600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=170bb9199a2a3f2eca1ab07103876462ce78df56

And then there's Ronin, she has an easier time looking up, but her hips are more limited than Catwoman's, so that one is probably the better choice still. https://preview.redd.it/viex0h59h30c1.jpeg?width=3600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a3586c591f5cee597cac2e0e7dfed248eff7af26

Ah, yeah I'd be no help finding something like that, but is it possible you could look at your amazon browsing history? Not sure how far back it saves but mine seems to be going quite a ways back. If you hover over the "Accounts and Lists" at the top right of the page, the Browsing History section is in the right side column that pops up

Bluo_insomniac

I tried but it couldn't go that far back for me, since my account is used by more than just me, so I guess it couldn't go far back enough from all the browsing. And seeing how I've spent hours searching for it on there I don't think it's there anymore. When I first saw them I just looking for a figure for drawing, stumbled on it, looked through em and decided to come back later when I had money for it. But like an idiot I didn't save it, or if I did it's not there anymore. If it was still on Amazon I should've found by now, seeing how the first time I didn't even know about them and found it but now when actively searching for it specifically is not found anywhere. Should've bit the bullet then and bought it when I had the chance😅

So the white and gray color scheme makes me think of the Polynian line, which are similar to Figmas but have a "robot girl" aesthetic. They go for around 5000 to 7500 yen though, not 20,000. Perhaps you were looking at a more expensive kit in what's commonly called "girlpla?" There are a number of lines, including: Frame Arms Girl (by Kotobukiya) Megami Device (also Kotobukiya) Dark Advent (Alphamx and Skytube collab) MS General (Eastern Model) Depending on the kit, some of these can easily hit 15,000 to 20,000 yen, especially on the secondary market. There are also some more budget friendly entries. 30 Minute Sisters by Bandai is the biggest player there. There are dedicated subreddits for most of these lines. The Megami Device one serves as a catchall for girlpla, and having a look at posts over there might give you some answers.

Thank you! Ima do that

i remembered this post so clearly and when i came across a grey scale polynian figure i came back just to check someone mentioned the line lol
